How can I add a webform as an element in my theme

Is it possible to add a webform as an element of my theme?

The Build section does not allow me to drag elements into any other part of the theme apart from the {content} section.

Can I drag elements into other parts of the theme? If so what tag can I put in the theme to allow this to happen?

Hi Bernadette, 

Into a div in the template. So I need to know what tag to put in the template. I want to be able to drag 'build' elements into that div on the template. Not into the content part of the template. 

At the moment I can only drag 'build' elements into the {content} tag.

I believe there's info in there on what you need to add in order to make a DIV a draggable area.
