Blog post button very slow to submit
Just lately the Submit button on blog posts as become very slow. Now I mentioned this to an agent named Bree today and apparently according to her 2 tier seniors it is meant to be this was - ir:- slow, now that is utter rubbish, because it was never slow before. When you clicked Submit a comment it was dont instantly, now you have to click it over and over before it reads Submitting.

Sorry to hear, @TAT It looks like the agent confirmed it took about a second to process. Can you post a link to one of the posts you see a delay on? We can confirm as well.

I've been a Pro Account member since August 2012 and I've witnessed many changes to the Weebly site editor over those past 6 years.. Some of the changes have been good and some not so good, but forced upon it's premium account members to accept all the same. When things go wrong, Weebly try to ignore that there is a problem, or fob its users off with an excuse saying that's how something really works. I know for a fact that the submit button was quick to respond less than 2 months ago, now it takes ages to respond.
Why is there no 24/7 chat support anymore? You have users from all around the world, yet chat support is for what 12 hours a day and USA based hours at that. Submitting a ticket takes roughly a week before someone replies, what type of customer service is that? .

I'm really sorry if you are seeing a delay on submit, @TAT. I tested the link and I was able to post a blog comment immediately. Can you try testing from a new browser?
Our chat support has never been 24/7, although we are considering adding more available hours.

How many browsers do you think I should have on my desktop computer? I have Firefox, Chrome and Edge. All 3 are slow to submit
