Create a Webform that sends results to different email addresses

Hi,

I was wondering if there were any add-ons that offer the option to send the results of a webform to a different address based on user selection.

For example: Create a contact us form

-My question relates to:

Dropdown Options:

-Help with billing

-Help with your website

-Media inquiry... etc.

If a user selects Billing the form would go to Customerservice@mysite.com

If a user selects Website the form would go to Websupport@mysite.com

If a user selects Media inquiry the form would go to marketing@mysite.com

The only way I can think of to do this now is to have a landing page with different buttons linking to 3 different forms that each go to the correct place.

Is that the best route or is there something easier?

Thanks!

@Val_C Try JotForms. Their forms can use conditional logic for a variety of cases one of which is the email target selection case you've mentioned:

Good choice to use Jotform - I've been there for years and I do have a couple of forms in use where emails are selected based on user's answers on the form.

Take a look here - https://www.jotform.com/help/167-how-to-send-email-based-on-users-answer

If you are going to try out Jotform then select the Free plan - it is exactly the same as paid plans except that the maximum number of responses you can have from a form is limited.

Hi, @Val_C. There isn't a way to do that with the Weebly-made form, though you could check to see if there's a form app in the App Center that might do that.
