Frantic, upset: forms not working at all

I've had two people sign up for a course I'm offering and one person, thankfully, I can send an email to.  The other gives me nothing.  I have no way to respond.  All that was sent was the option they selected; no name, no email etc.

What can we do to make sure ALL parts of the form are completed?  I put in bold red letters on my site to call me directly.

Hi @mgibbs3!

Sorry to hear about that. You should be able to make each section of the form required, meaning they cannot submit the form without filling out that section. 

You can make sections required by clicking on the element within the form. When the options pop up, you should see a toggle for "Required."

Let me know if you don't see this.
