Form Entries Not Sending/Form Malfunctioning

Hi there,

On my website I have a form people can fill out to get info and to buy things from me. However, the form almost never sends. No matter if my internet is good or if I have refreshed the page... still the form does not send. I have had numerous customers say they aren't able to send my form and instead opt to use a different means of contacting me which is very frustrating for them and me.

How do I fix this? The email I'm using to receive the form entries is in perfect working condition and I can't see what's going wrong. I click the "send form" button but I don't get the success message I set up.


Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After testing awhile, I realized that the "submit form" button is greyed out when the form has not been filled out yet, but once you fill it out, the button's text turns white. After doing the reCAPTCHA,

the form doesn't send.

I just wanted to also mention that I have a contact form on my website as well for questions and feedback, and I tested it and it works just fine. It is only the purchasing form that is not sending. Perhaps that's helpful knowledge. Thanks.

Thanks for your help. Yes, I did get your entry. I received it on Aug 5th, 2020, at 4:48 EST.

It seems that people mostly have issues sending the form from Apple products. I have a MacBook and had issues. One of my clients also had a MacBook and couldn't send it, they also tried to send from their iPhone and had no luck. Are you an android user? Is it possible there's a link between being an Apple user and the form malfunctioning? 

I just did a test. I also have an HP computer so I tried using that to submit a form and it worked perfectly fine. Very strange indeed!

Adam uses Apple devices. Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you see from your MacBook?

Thank you both for your help. It seems that my form is working again! I have tested it a few times now from my Mac and iPhone, plus an android phone and all the entries are coming through. However, when I submit a form it doesn't make me do the reCAPTCHA which is strange. Regardless, I think whatever the trouble was has been fixed somehow.

I really appreciate your time in helping me figure this out.

Captcha doesn't always show on every device. According to Google it will only show up if there is a suspicion of a spam submission.
