File upload limit

I upload the weekly sermons on our church website (Eastleigh Baptist Church). I have had no problems with uploading files until this week when I get a dialog about not being able to upload files over 250mb without upgrading to pro. even a 60mb file will not upload. We've not had this issue before and it has always worked. Have you changed our account?

Hi Steve. It looks like you are logged into an editor/contributor account. Your website does have Pro service, but it looks like the bill is overdue. You will need to log into the master account to make a payment in order to continue using the upload feature. 

Do you have access to the master account, or are you able to contact the main account owner?
