Don't have on my dashboard a Form Entries section

Hi there, I created a few forms on my website. I receive submissions to my email address but it is not showing up on the dashboard and I don't have on my dashboard a Form Entries section. How can I add it there?

Thanks for your post, @Reneta. To see your form entries, click on the drop-down on the top left of your dashboard and choose "Website". On the page that loads, you should see an option for form entries.

Could see them in the old dashboard scenario and export.

Hi Adam, My form entries are not showing up in the new dashboard. I was able to access them by switching back to the old dashboard which is not ideal. Is a fix for this in the works?

Sorry about that guys - our engineers are working to fix that so it displays the entries again. In the meantime, if you open the site in the editor and click on a form, you can then view the entries by clicking the "form entries" button.

That is all well and good, but you can not export entries from the form itself. Suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like our engineers are still working on a fix for this. It's hard for us to give an eta for bugs since they can vary greatly. Hopefully they will have a solution soon.

Well, they need to hurry. This shouldn't be a difficult fix and it's taking forever. Weebly is horrible at timely fixes. Frustrating

I can see the form entries if I click Website>General>Form Entries. What do you see on your end?

Is this still there? Because i cannot find it now. And I NEED it ASAP I just launched a product this is very shameful my entire home dashboard changed and I cannot find anything I feel like I am losnig my mind why is it so hard to find it!

They're still there, @dejadrewit. Go to Website > Overview, then click on "Form Entries" and you can see them there.

Hi - we are experiencing this as well. 

We use the form entries for collecting data, and whilst you can "see" the entries we can't see a way to download the data, which is what we have used the forms for. Our workaround now is to have to re-enter all the data by hand? which seems like a terrible option!

Hi @COTE-Esther It looks like you are logged into a contributor account. I'm checking in with support to see if there's any known issues. Do you have access to the main account under the email that begins with media@ ? I'm able to view the entries when I log in from the main account.

I work with Eloise, I can sign in as owner and there are no extra options to look at the contact form data.

I still can't see my forms from the dashboard!  How is this not fixed!?!?!

Hi @soilwater. I can see the form entries in your account. Click Website>Overview>Form Entries. There is a dropdown in the top left corner that will allow you to switch between forms.
