Turn off or amend Breadcrumb navigation

I see that this was a vote feature back in 2021 but wondered if there is any progress on being able to either remove or change the breadcrumb nav?   

I have categories and products and weebly has created auto generated category pages.I created my own category pages because the auto generated ones don't appear to be changeable and they are not what I want.  But in the breadcrumb nav it takes you to the auto generated pages and I can't seem to to change that.  I have a purchased template for the site so upload my own html code for my pages but I can't actually get to the autogenerated category pages to change the html! 

any ideas please?

I have the EXACT same issue and it's infuriating.

Since weebly allows you to add products to pages by category to autofill items, we use MANY subcategories to organize items so that we can easily add specific product sets to other pages without going one by one. But because breadcrumbs can't be hidden, this also means that a lot of those categories that customers aren't supposed to be able to see, or that make the breadcrumbs nav really long, show up and take up space on every product page. 

And not only is it annoying from a cosmetic standpoint, it complicates things for our customers who think they're using a convenient navigation link set and then it throws them off completely because it's taking them to an automated category page instead of the ones that we create ourselves. 

People have been looking for ways to get rid of this since at least 2017, as far as I can tell. It is absolutely infuriating how long it takes weebly to address these problems and make things easier for us.
