Don't have on my dashboard a Form Entries section

Hi there, I created a few forms on my website. I receive submissions to my email address but it is not showing up on the dashboard and I don't have on my dashboard a Form Entries section. How can I add it there?

Thanks,

Reneta

Heh, same issue here, so I contacted their support yesterday (2021-04-29) and they told me where they hid it. On the main page there's a link on the left, just under "Overview" called "Edit Site". Click it - don't worry, it won't actually edit the site (sigh...). Then you'll see the Form Entries button where you can Export all (you can choose which form to export via a drop-down menu).

AHA!!!!

I couldn't for the LIFE of me find this "website" t click on and of which you were referring.  I even did "find on page".  Problem was that I was reading the posts in chronological order and seeking it on the RIGHT side, not the left.  Also, on the dashboard you have to open the website menu.

So for those confused as I was:

- go to way left column, at the upper corner where there is your domain name (not the list of domains, as I have more than one, but the name of just the current website).

- Click the ^ which doesn't *close* a menu but *opens* a drop down menu.

- THEN click "website", and then click "overview" and TA-DA! There is "form entries" and "blog comments"

whew! I'm tired.  I have to conclude Weebly really doesn't like form entries.  Feature I wish it had, and one my users are confused that isn't there, is an option to either display the person's answers or email a copy of the answers to the form-filler-outer-person.  But I feel like this'll never happen if they are going to bury the form entries so deep.

Signed, Eeyore (probably rain)

Thanks for posting, @GlenRidgeTKD The built-in form feature does not display or send answers, but you can always embed a third party option instead. I'm sure there's a form out there that will provide the features you are looking for. I recommend doing a quick Google search using key words. Make sure to also include "embeddable" or "embed website". Thanks! Smiley Happy

This is it! I have been having the same problem and could not figure this out--the Form Entries in the Dashboard is buried. NOW I can see them and export them. Once I clicked "Overview," the dashboard changed and I could finally view "Form Entries." Thank you.

Just a point of observation here, but if and when you "improve" something like redesigning a dashboard you should make sure that it is painfully obvious to the user (not the designers and developers) where to find the same content they found with the pervious design without having to waste time in a community forum digging for help.

Secondly, you should give users advanced warning of such changes instead of letting them discover them. Today I wanted to check a form entry but ended up wasting time figuring out how where to find the section on a sudden and unexpected new looking dashboard (under “overview” which makes no sense what so ever) whereas two days earlier, with the “old” dashboard layout it was in plain sight and easy to find.

Lastly, you should have live chat agents. Your community forum is a sad joke and poor substitute for customer service for people that need help resolving issues. Square should be embarrassed at the number of replies from employee moderators saying that ____ department is "still working on a fix for this ...". Why buy a web host/design/e-commerce platform if you're not going to adequately staff and support how it functions and make the user end experience better?

I miss the early days of Weebly when they actually delivered an uncomplicated and awesome WYSIWYG product and had responsive help.

I'm here in October 2021 and it's missing again. Anyone have any insight? I don't see any of the secret tabs you guys are mentioning. When I click on "More" and click "form entries" there is nothing listed, although I'm getting them to my e-mail. So do i just have to organize them myself from my e-mails?
