Documents won't load

Documents have often been a bit iffy but now, when I go to upoad one, I just get a message saying 'Document converting. Sorry we can't display this document'

At one time I wondered whether the document was too complex but found that despite this message it got published. Now it won't and even simple documents won't. Any ideas why? I'm using Scribd.

Yep - Scribd has always suffered this way - very hit or miss.

You might want to look at using the embed feature in Google Docs...

OK Thanks NJRFTF. I've got round the probhlem by taking a screenshot of the document and uploading it as a JPG. Works well!
