Detect if form has been submitted?

Hello! I'm just wondering if there is any way to tell if a user has submitted an RSVP form?

Once they have if they visit the site again I don't want them to be able to RSVP again. I just want it to re-direct them to another page...

Any Ideas of how I could do this?

Something like that is possible but probably not with our own form element. There are some third party form apps in our App Center that you could check out; it's possible one of those will support something like that.
