Custom Header Video Bugged

I have Urgency to have my website up and running 100% as fast as possible. There 2 pages that are bugged, it says it keeps processing with the loading circle and it's stuck there, I can't do anything to try and install a new video. What is the solution to this situation?

I'm not happy with this issue at all, it's been like this since yesterday each day I'm losing money to my clients,

And no reply was given, I've sent a PM to @Adam and no reply was given aswell.

I'm not becoming satisfied neither happy with this Weebly, please for the sake of your revenue, fix this.

The problem seems to have worked itself out, for now it's stable. Thank you.

There was an issue with video processing where they were a little backed up. Our engineers resolved that and processed the backlog of videos, so you shouldn't see that problem now. Thanks for posting about it, and thanks for your patience, @PDR!
