Contact Submission Form Not Emailing
The contact form has stopped emailing two days ago without any reason, worked perfectly fine for many years. We've checked the Junk folders and have changed the email address to some others during our testing the issue, but it won't email the contract form information.
I think this is an issue on the Weebly side and not on the receiving email side.
Any thoughts?

Can you try whitelisting the following email addresses by adding the emails to your contact list?

no-reply@editmysite.com
no-reply@promote.weebly.com
hello@emails.weebly.com
dm-noreply@promote.weebly.com

We've changed it to the following email domains and none of the contact emails come through.
gmail.com
comcast.net
mycs.org
upmc.edu

I have the same problem:

This afternoon I spoke to Alex about not receiving message from the contact page on my web site,
I have tried the solutions offered and I am still not receiving message that I have sent to myself via the form.
These methods are:
1. Checking that the form has the correct email address
2. Adding the suggested emails addresses to my Contacts so that they are not delivered to Spam or Junk folders
3. Changing to an alternate email address
4. Changing the form to include both of my email addresses and separated with a comma. This is how the page is currently set up.
I have now run out of options, any ideas?

Hi David. It sounds like you have run through all of the troubleshooting steps. 🤔 Can you try creating a test page, then adding a brand new form to test out?
Are the forms submitting so that you can at least see the information under Website > Edit Site > Contact Forms?
