From reading other threads, this seems to be an ongoing issue ... and I'm (also) discovering that changes to interior pages within my site aren't being published consistently.
Interestingly, text and layout changes made to the homepage (/index.html) update fine. Interior pages, though. are hit-and-miss -- even after hitting the 'Publish' button multiple times; sometimes the changes 'stick' -- most times they don't.
I've checked different browsers, different machines, cleared the cache, restarted the machine. Still no luck.

Interior pages I'm trying to make some small typographical changes to are:
-- robsidney.com/audio.html
-- robsidney.com/philosophy.html
They look fine in the site editor -- but aren't getting updated after publishing.
