Cento theme not loading the way it's supposed to on mobile

Hi, 

I'm using the Cento theme, which is supposed to be responsive to mobile. When I load it on my phone, and any other phone of my friends and family, it shows up exactly the same way as it looks on desktop. It's not messed up, it's just small because it's the same format as the desktop version. I've tried clearing cache on my phone browser, so it's definintely not that, and this is happening with every other phone as well which had not previously loaded my page.

Your site looks different on mobile to me. All of the pictures are stacked on top of each other in one vertical column.

Did you change themes, @mandy5230? I also see your responsive mobile site and not the desktop version.
