Cannot edit custom HTML in multiple ads

I cannot edit custom HTML in more than two ads in a row.  Chrome.  Windows 10.

I put ads in my site using “Embed Code” to insert Google Adsense ads into over 200 web pages. This worked well.  Did this in December and the first part of January.  Site is JeepTheUSA.com

When I have wanted to change the code of an existing ad I clicked on the ad in the Weebly Editor and got a pop-up box with “Edit Custom HTML”. This allowed me to replace existing code with new code. Worked fine.

Starting about a week ago I can only do this for two ads. They can be on the same page or on separate pages. When I click on a third ad nothing happens. No pop-up box appears. Does not matter if the third ad is on the same page or a different page.

The only way I can edit code on another ad is to click the browser’s Refresh button and refresh the Weebly editor. This returns me to my website’s home page and I have to navigate to the page containing an ad I want to edit. I can again only edit two ads.

The same thing happens when I try to insert additional ads.  Have to refresh the editor after 2 ads.  Did not have this problem when originally inserting the ads.

Cleared the cache on Chrome but nothing changed.

I had never used the Weebly Editor on Firefox or Edge.  Tried them both with the same results.  Needed to refresh the Weebly editor after either editing or inserting two ads.

Tried Chrome on my wife’s computer with the same result.

What is going on?

Hello camprats! We are seeing the issue here, though it looks like you're already in touch with our technical team. They'll be able to check it out and see what can be done.

Have you considered using the inbuilt Google AdSense elements? It may make things a bit simpler on the pages.

First:  Glad to see you coordinate with the technical team.  Should I post future questions here so others in the Weebly Community can see them, or should I work with the technical team and not muddy the water?

Second:  I would use the inbuilt Google AdSense elements in a heartbeat if it had the AdSense "Automatic Size, Responsive" ad as one of the formats.  Any chance you can add that in?

You may want to work with the team for the detailed questions, as they're the experts in cases like these. With suggestions like those, however, we're always glad to get them here! We also have the Feature Vote forum available, which will let other users vote and comment on suggestions.

The so-called help desk told me they might think about doing something in a future update.  In the meantime, continue to refresh the site after every two ads.  How is that for great customer service?

Oh yeah.  They also suggested I use the ads built in to Weebly.  Trouble is the ones they have are antiquated.
