Building a custom form on the website that connects with Weebly Promote

Is there a way to build a custom form on Weebly that serves the same functionality as the popup newsletter subscription that Promote offers?

I would like to have a section on some of my pages where users can enter their information and subscribe to the newsletter. I don't want it as a popup, but rather an element on the page itself. Is this possible? I am currenly paying for Weebly's Build package.

This has been resolved. The problem was that Weebly Newsletter forms prior to having Promote [paid subscription] enabled were not registering emails. However, after I created a new Newsletter form and subscribed myself as a user to test it, Weebly Promote showed a new Contact List in the dashboard with the email I had used to sign up.
