Problem with gallery

Hi,

There seems to be a problem with the editor's gallery feature. When I click "Add Image", nothing happens and I can't upload images. I've tried clearing caches, different browsers, and even using different computers.

Hey guys. Very sorry for the trouble. Can you both confirm the internet service provider you are currently connected with? Thanks!

@Bernadette @jkulick @NeoDarkHunt

I have been having similar issues the past couple days. Images don't upload or when they do, it goes back to the old image after previewing in mobile. There have been a lot of glitches and issues with the site editor lately and I doubt it has anything to do with the internet service provider, the browser, or the version of Windows or other operating system - but just in case, mine is Combast Business, Windows 10 Pro, Opera, Chrome, Firefox. More than likely, these are Weebly issues.

I make text changes and then go back and they're gone. I upload a new background image - I go back and it's back to the old image. When I go to upload it again or for the third time - where that box is with the images - it's black. The current image is not shown with the little checkmark, just a black box with the checkmark. It is frustrating that there are so many problems that are not being addressed. I see other threads with image issues and there's not even a reply - like okay, we're working on it.

Some one find a way to get the upload image back.
Probably something wrong with google and facebook sign in.

Just scroll down to my message in that post. It fixed the image upload problem for me too.

Yes, we just received confirmation that the social logins are causing some type of error to occur. The team is working on a fix, but in the meantime you can disconnect the logins to fix the issue.

Open the editor and click on your name then the Account tab. Click on Edit Profile on the left side then scroll to the Google+ and Facebook section. Disable both of the logins and refresh your browser.

We apologize for any inconvenience!

@Bernadette

I don't use a social login - I only have a Weebly / email login and am having imgage upload and cannot change existing images.

You might have a separate issue, Anne. I asked for the ISP because yesterday we had a few reports from Comcast customers that were having issues with the editor. Then there was a separate issue with images and social logins. It's very frustrating but all we can do in support is try to narrow down the common cause of reported issues so that we can escalate to the engineers to fix. However, if there is an ISP issue that might be out of our control. If you switch to a different internet connection (like mobile data) does the editor work or do you still run into errors?

I am unable to upload any images to a gallery/slideshow. I get the error message 'failed to upload please try again'

I have tried many times, the image is  500KB in .jpeg format.  There is no problem uploading any item or category images, it is only the gallery feature that is not allowing me to upload. I have tried restarting the browser, cleared history, logged out etc...

This is very fustrating and time consuming, I am two weeks into my initial sign up. I will cancel the whole package if I do not receive adequate help,  our website is angelbellejewellery.com

thank you

Hi @AngelBelle This thread is a bit old, but is it okay if I try to create a test page so I can test this out?
