Blurry Low Quality Images
For the last few weeks every image I add to my site is blurry and awful looking. I am a photographer and I present my clients galleries on my website, this is damaging my business. Weebly whatever you have changed can you change it back please I am paying for this service and I cannot afford to have blurry images. Thank you

So when you upload them with Safari or Firefox, they turn out fine, but are blurry when uploaded with Chrome? Or is it just the end result that is different and it doesn't matter what browser you use to upload?

I am having the same issue. I am uploading a photo of high resolution to use as the header and it looks horrible. Is this resolvable or do I need to switch hosting services? I am rather disappointed. I have useb weebly extensivley in the past and now am using for a client and am put in a difficult position of not having the site ready...

Is this to a standard image element in your header, or as the background of a header section @Ashleigh?

I have recently published my website officialvintage.com and the images on my product pages are blurry but when you click on the image it is fine, is there a way you can fix this as it does not look professional.

This will require fixing on our end, unfortunately. Our engineers are looking into that, although I don't know how long it will take to resolve. Thanks for your patience!

Can I AT LEAST understand why some images look fine and some look blurry? This way I could try to edit them the right way. And no, I am not resizing them.

I have the same problem. Uploading images 1200x800px in PNG format and the become like
160x166px. Very blurry very unprofessional. Everything was good before. I use the same browser, Chrome (although I tried Firefox with the same result) the same image editing program, The Gimp, The same laptop.
You can see what the problem is if you browse our products, under the shop
section.

I checked with our team and our engineers are working on a solution for this, @koolfriends. Hopefully it shouldn't take too much longer for them to complete their work on that.

This thread is from 2017 and I still have the same problem on my site -- the images I upload are scaled down considerably, without a way to click through for the original resolution. This is for a photography portfolio and over three years of "we're working on it" is unacceptable. What can I do?

I just finished my site, added some final images, wanted to start my business soon and now I'm hanging there, having no solution for this blurry image issue. The main point of my business is to provide high quality photographs but they look horrible as soon as I upload them. Even small icons with a size of 50x50 pixels are blurry.
I guess I need to redo all the work at a competitor.

I'm in the same boat. Been trying all the different methods of posting the image, .png, ect and none of it is working. Like others, I spend a good amout of time perfecting the image on my computer, only to have it slightly blury on Weebly.
Please get this resolved.
