Beware serious issue viewing Weebly sites on iPad with iOS 13
iOS 13 (released Sept 2019) makes Safari on iPads default to 'desktop view'.
This means that images set to parallax aren't showing properly - they are zoomed in to a tiny part of the image.
If you go into settings/safari/request desktop website you can toggle it off. On doing so, then refreshing those websites, all of a sudden you can see the whole of those parallax images, rather than just a tiny zoomed portion.
I have no idea why this is happening, not least because parallax images look fine on a desktop - but I'm not that technical. I've researched this and found a lot of (non-Weebly) forums where people mention it.
The problem is that most people browsing the internet will have their default settings on, so will just think "oh that website hasn't been built properly, the whole image doesn't show".
Can someone at Weebly edit the coding to overcome this issue?
Otherwise parallax mode is completely useless on all of the templates.
There's a lot of people out there viewing websites on iPads, so it's pointless designing a website that doesn't look right on them.

Parallax does not work on mobile devices. Are you saying it works properly when you say you toggle off the "desktop view"?

I know parallax doesn't work on mobiles - but I'm not talking about the parallax effect.
I'm saying that any image that is set to parallax is not displaying properly on iOS 13 on iPads. The photo is massively zoomed in to a small portion of the photo.
It works if you switch off the default desktop view.
