Archive not working
Hello,
trying to create a .zip archive of my site... but it's not working at all... Please help.

Which site are you having trouble with, @asraul10? What happens when you try to archive the site?

Nothing happens. I don't get the email archive of the site, and it doesn't appear under the 3 most recent at the bottom.
Does it work on your site? I think it could be a weebly server issue.

It looks like there's two things going on: one is that your email address is unsusbcribed, so it's not going to send you the email with a link to download. The second is that the Settings tab isn't updating to show a link to the archive. Additionally, it looks like the link in the download email might not work. We'll take this to our engineers to fix, @asraul10. Sorry for the trouble!

Actually, the file is fine - I was just trying to download in a browser where I wasn't logged into my account. If you'd like, I can re-subscribe your email address so you can get the email link.

For me archive does not work for about 10 days.
In the past I've done archives but no email reached me. It needs a day or two, until archive is listed. After 9/24 nothing happens.
Please help - I need the archives to control my webspace at weebly.
My sites: amg-test.* aamiga.* amg-kops.weebly.com.

Thank you @Adam for the quick reply. Now I know that it is a known issue at weebly.
I don't need archive on a daily basis. Waiting for a few days is no problem.

Hi @Gary_Lewis Sorry for the inconvenience. Our engineers are working on a fix, but we don't have a time frame to provide at this time. You should still be able to receive the archive to your email address in the meantime.

The archives are not coming through. I've submitted four requests over the last 24ish hours, and none have come through. They were all to my main email address, the one to which these responses are going. And they aren't in my spam folder either.

Do you have another email address you can test with, @Gary_Lewis? I did a test archive with one of my own sites, and while the Settings tab doesn't update (a known issue our team is working on), the email went through to me.

I do have, and just tried it. Don't have anything yet, and it has been several minutes. Will keep watching, but it usually happens very quickly so I don't think it'll happen this time.
I've checked spam on both accounts and no luck either.

It took about 15 minutes, but the one to my other, not my regular, email address came through. Do you need to know the address that worked and the one that didn't? Both are gmail addresses, so I wouldn't have thought filters would have been the issue - especially since the alternate is forwarded to the primary, and that's where it showed up - the primary.

Is that the one you did first? You're right, it doesn't sound like a block or filtering issue if they're both gmail and one just forwards to the other.

Well, yet again I was SURE I'd replied to your question, Adam. But apparently not.
The request that finally worked was to my alternate gmail account, which is forwarded to my primary. And it came in within 20 minutes of requesting it.
However, I have yet to be able to download the file. I've tried probably 10 times on two different computers, and it always fails, usually due to a "network error". One of the attempts got to just over 1Gb - and then failed.
So, is the problem at my end? I'm having no other problems and have moved a lot of data up and down with no problems. But with the archive if it glitches then it fails and "resume" actually starts all over. (Shouldn't that button be "Start Over"?)
As it is I've done a ton of work on my site and can't get an archive of it. Help!
