Archive not working

Hello,

trying to create a .zip archive of my site... but it's not working at all... Please help.

Adam - I'm right back to Square One.  I get the email but cannot down load the file.  I get "Failed - Network error".  I've tried it on two different computers and multiple times each, but no dice. It usually gets 20 or 30 minutes into what it says is a 1.6Gb download and fails.

And I just downloaded a 1.61 GB backup for my forum in about 20 minutes with nary a bobble, so I know my network is working well.

It is for http://www.garysgaragemahal.com,  Help, please!

Update: With diligence I did finally get the backup.  But I had to "resume" the download countless times and ensure that the computer wouldn't turn off on inactivity.

So, why does it take that on Weebly when a similar-sized backup of the forum from a freebie like Nabble worked on the first try and in ~20 minutes?

Hi there. Did you ever resolve your issue from October and was it for the same website? Is yesterday the first time you have had another issue since last October? Thanks for the clarification!

The archives sometimes take awhile to appear. Do you see the archive, but receive an error when you try to download? Or are you missing content in the archive? Thanks for clarifying.

my blog archives disappeared several months ago, and they do not show back up after I reinstall through edit.

Did you add the archives element back to your blog sidebar, @BeePeeker?

I tried to add both above and below the categories, never stayed after publishing

When publishing, are you referring to publishing the entire site or just individual blog posts?

I hit the publish button in the top right hand corner, it works for the other side bar additions

The archive I download for my site does not display any images from my website, making it pretty useless. Seems like people have gotten help here, so I'm hoping someone can fix this for me. Thanks!

Thanks for posting, @cskn. Have you contacted our support team about that? If something isn't exporting it may need to get escalated to our engineers.

Thanks @Adam I contacted support via web chat two days ago and both times the chat "closed due to inactivity" before anyone from Weebly responded, so I filled out the form to be contacted by email and haven't heard back
