Creating archive of site

I'm trying to create an archive of my site to move to a different host. When I click the "email archive" button after inputting my email address, there's no confirmation that happens after the button is pressed, and the archive still isn't emailed after 3 hours. Is this expected? How long does it usually take for the archive to be sent?

Which site were you trying to export, @Chinook? When I check the one ending in "2" I see a new export from today. If you refresh the Settings tab for that site you should see links to download the archive.
