Help with my home page

If anyone out there (or all) would please look at my website's home page and tell me if there is anything I can do to help get in the google rank.   I understand that the homepage is important...for keywords,etc.   Please tell me if there is anything that doesn't look good or needs to be improved.   Thanks so much for your help!  Jill

well I can offer my two cents.  First the website theme is not responsive.  It has too many images - would make it less mobile friendly.

Then the rest is just your luck and quality of back links as well as # of people visiting your site.  Just imagine every business like yours wants to be on the first page. What is unique about your business?  They say that 90% of businesses are identical.  10% is you who makes it different.  You just have to think about making your website such that it brings out the uniqueness.  30-40% of first page is occupied by people who are paying money to Google.
