Google shows wrong!!

Hi,

I have created a site with weebly, aylin-wagner.com.

Title is Aylin Wagner Photography, if I enter that in the google search there is not the correct hit on the website. First few hits are of my facebook/instagram account. About the 8th hit is my website, but showing the link "Home" or "Uber mich" which are different headers of my website. The link is correct but what can I do that google gives me "Aylin Wagner Photography" as a hit??? Where is the mistake I have made
