Why is Weebly not sending product image in the order feed for Shipstation?
I would like to find out how I get product thumbnails throughout everywhere. Currently they are not in order emails, they are not in the orders section in Shipstation, now they are not showing up in my return portal in shipstation. Etsy, ebay, Amazon and others manage to provide product images info to the order feeds for Shipstation. Weebly as usual is the only one not doing this. Why?
I do not personally get to see the product thumbnails of the items I sell as shown below in my Shipstation dashboard.
The customer also does not get to see what they ordered. Instead they get a super unhelpful email like this with only product titles... No images again.
If customers decide to make a return they see a page that is very unprofessional and sketchy looking with a "no image" replacer thumbnail. So, so far throughout this entire process the customer is not getting any images of the products they ordered which is inconvenient at best.
If the customer purchased multiple items with similiar names they get to guess which item it is they would like to return as shown below with the example order.
Why of why Weebly? This is a basic & unbelievably necessary feature that every other market place has and it's probably easy & quick to change. Please fix this or advice what I am supposed to do.
