Issue with Navigation links not showing up on Navigation Menu

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Navigation menu on my header.  I added Navigation links to category sites, they show up under "Navigation links" on the left side but they do not show up in the Navigation menu on my header.  They're just missing entirely.  Nothing I've tried has solved this.  Help?

Thanks for your post, @SunshineNYC. It sounds like you need to edit your navigation menu itself. Click on the pages dropdown on the top left of the website editor, then click on the "edit navigation" link on the bottom left. There should be a category option when you click the button to add a new item to your navigation.

Hi @Adam - 

Thanks for getting back to me.  The list on the left side under "Navigation Menu" is correct, but the links listed there aren't showing up on the actual Navigation Menu bar on the page.  And I've edited some of the titles and they still show the old titles on the menu itself (like "Planters" appearing as "Planters / Ceramics").

Hi @SunshineNYC There definitely seems to be an issue with the category titles. The page is loading the correct products for the category, but doesn't want to update the title for some reason. Are the categories that you did not edit the title for loading properly?

Hi @Bernadette !  Thank you for the response.  Yes the other items are correct, but they were the original links from when I first posted the site.  The problem only seems to be with edits to the already published site.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm sure the easiest fix is to just recreate them, but I'll check in with support so they can flag this as a bug if needed. I'll also check to see if there is anything we can do from our end to fix it. Aside from "Planters" are there any other categories that are not updating properly?

The rest of the items that are showing up are showing up correctly, but I've never tried to edit them. "Growing Accessories" and "Home and Gifts" aren't showing up at all. I've tried deleting them and re-adding them but they still will not appear on the menu bar. It does look like someone was trying to figure out the problem because I have a new "Test" link, which actually appears on the menu bar, but i'm wondering if it worked because it's linking to a Standard Page and not a Category Page? I have no idea, I'm just guessing. Aside from you guys on the forum (thank you!), no one has contacted me to help, and I chatted with tech support prior to coming here for answers and was promised someone would be in touch.

Oh, that may have been me with the test link.. Sorry about that! If you spoke with support and they said someone would be in touch, it means the advanced support team is going to research. I'll check to see if I can find out any details for you.

I'm also having the same issue.  The navigation links seem to be invisible, however you can access them from the "hamburger/drop down" menu on the side when I view the page from my cellphone.  I've tried both chrome and safari browser with the same results.

That site looks to be hosted with Google, @Xenbunny, or are you referring specifically to the menu site linked in the header?
