Transfer a domain name to another Weebly user?

I own a domain through Weebly and created a website for it here.  I have since given the site to another Weebly user who is actively using it.  However, the domain (.com)  itself is still under my control.  How do I transfer ownership of the domain to the new owner?

Hello Pattie! Are you running into a particular message when you try to submit the request? Changing browsers temporarily may help clear up any odd situations with plugins or such.
