Would you or weebly send me any document in writing to my email account that the refund has been processed? I just saw the amount charged to my credit card. I need to have some written proof that the charge will be written off.

You can actually print out a refund "receipt" from your dashboard. Click the Account link from the dropdown in the top right corner and then click Order History.

@joeyho it looks like the domain is owned still, but to confirm that it is in your name you will need to contact namesilo and ask. If it's in your name, you can certainly host it somewhere else.
