SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later. - PLUS error 404 on site.

Hi there, my site www.lacreche.com.au has been working fine for several years. Last week, I tried to find out what my DNS was for a new client who has bought the business and turned SSL off and then on again.. Now the site is giving me a 404 error message and the sSL certificate in settings is showing certificate is being configured... can you please help me to sort this out?

I have sent an email to Weebly.. but so far no reply back

Your domain is pointing to the wrong IP address. Can you log into your domain manager, and update the IP to: 199.34.228.67
