SSL Certificate Not Configuring After One Week

Hello!

My magazine's website (perhappened.com) has been inaccessible for a week now, presumably because we were using embedded content that linked to an http, not an https.

I removed the content and then, trying to cover my bases, disabled and re-enabled SSL. It told me a week ago that the SSL certificate was being configured and to check back soon, but a week later, it still says the same.

My website has a lot of pages, so that may be affecting the time needed, but I've received a notice that my magazine will be unlisted from Duotrope if this is not resolved by January 18th. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

@Bernadette We have the same problem. I discovered about a week ago, SSL certificate has been disabled. Page adress is www.lyboslo.no - where we have many pages with services/beauty.

I tried to enable a few days ago - message is still; 

"SSL is being configured. Please come back later" - for the third day.... Our page doesn't show - only messages "non secure page" ! And very difficult to get in touch with you. Have tried numerous times to send e-mail - no success. What to do? And need it to be done today. As we are loosing customers.
