Hi

I would like to receive a refund for the charge on July 28, for my weebly Pro plan

I would also like to receive a pro-rated refund for the $39.95 for my domain name on July 28.

We don't actually provide pro-rated refunds, though since both charges are within the last 30 days I was able to cancel and fully refund both.

It's still registered for one year, so I can restore the service to your account if you want. After that year is up you'll either need to renew it again through us, transfer it to another registrar, or let it expire.

Yes, if you go to the Domains tab you can manage the domain there and point it to another host.

That would be the price for a single year for .nz domain name. I can give you a discount on that if you'd like, though.

All done! I gave you a 10% discount on the charge; you should see the domain on the Domains tab and be able to publish with it now.
