I requested a refund for a domain and...

Hello--

I was just chatting with a rep and requested a refund for my domain. They told me I could not be refunded for a domain but when I purchased the domain it told me I have 30-days and I see others on this community have successfully been refunded for domains. I am also within the 30-day timeline. I sent an email about this as well and have not received a response. Can you assist me?

Thanks for your post, @iamWhitn3y. I think our agent was confused regarding actually cancelling the registration vs refunding the charge. Since it's within the 30 day policy I just refunded the charge back to you and removed the domain service from your account. The domain itself will remain registered in our registrar reseller account until it expires next year; registrations themselves can only be canceled within 5 days.
