Reactivate my account and website

Is there any possibility that I can retrieve back my account? 

I deactivated the wrong account on impulse, and i need the website for school asap.

We went ahead and made some changes to your account to correct the chargeback issued. All you need to do now is reset your password, log back into your account, and publish your site once more.

Normally you can just reset your password to reactivate an account, @rachel2. Are you unable to do that?

I tried doing this for an old account and it thinks I'm a new customer.  I tried calling the support telephone number but it won't let me get in because I don't have an 8 digit PIN.  This account was last active in August 2018.  Is it possible to reactivate it?  It was a Weebly Pro account.  The website was: drywallpartners.com  and my email is [personal info removed]
