Photo Not loading

Hello there

New too Weebly and I'm unable to load photos or logo.

It just seems to just say uploading and nothing appears

HELP needed!!

Assuming you're using the Image Element and Logo Title Box, some possible reasons are:

1. Images are wrong format (.jpg or .png are OK)

2. Images are too large (in MB)

3. Images contain layers

4. Internet connection is slow

I get the option to ADD LOGO
1. it is JPG file
2. 28KB
3 . how do I tell if it has layers
4. Internet speed seems OK.

I'm unable to load to the gallery as well, this is becoming frustrating.

Any help would be grateful

OK, your image is tiny, so you shouldn't have any difficulty uploading very quickly, even on a slow connection. Make sure your browser is up to date. Try clearing your browser cache then loading the Weebly editor in incognito mode, just in case some add-on/extension is interfering.

Couple more thoughts - do you remain logged in to Weebly across sessions? If so, try logging out and logging back in again. Also, the Weebly editor is known to be temperamental with some browsers. Chrome and Safari are recommended, Firefox works well also. In my experience so does Vivaldi. Internet Explorer (if its still around) has always been rubbish with Weebly.

Hi Gary

I am logging out after each session.

I am using CHROME.

I'm able to edit the template and text but it's not allowing me to add photos or the logo.

I even paid my subscription thinking that was an issue.

Can anyone look at it in the back end?  I really want to get this up and running as I started this a while ago and I stopped as I got frustrated with the templates, now I want to get it finished and published.

Any suggestions who can help . . . please

Hi @Sparky_007 I see a logo and images on the home page. Did you get this sorted out? I did notice that your last login was with Edge. If Chrome is not working, make sure your browser is up to date. I also like to edit in a private or incognito window just to be extra sure I don't run into a cache issue. Here's more information on compatible browsers.
