The newsletter form doesn't work. When the user types in information and hits send it turns red and doesn't send. Weirdly if they don't type anything in the form but press send then it does work? A little help will be super appreicated.
Can you give me a link to the form you're having trouble with, @SuandJacob? It sounds like you might have used a form field which expects information in certain format, but renamed it so what someone enters doesn't match the format.
We found the problem! Yeah, the newsletter form textbox we used was email instead of a general short textbox so it wasn't accepting words that weren't email addresses. But we've got it sorted now, thank you!
