newsletter contact form conflicts with pop up newsletter form

I added a button that opens another page having a Newsletter sign up form.

It would not activate until I agreed to a newsletter pop up.  Now, the pop up appears for new visitors, but those visitors do not get added to the list of newsletter members.  How can I remove the Pop up?

Thanks for posting, @whyishelpsohard. To remove a popup, go to Website > Popups and scroll down. You should see your popup there and a "..." button on the right which has a delete option.
