Menu is no longer sticky after I upload files in the CSS editor...

I need to have an image map on my site to help visitors find contact information based on their state.  I am using simplemaps.com to do this.  When I upload the .jsp files, the feature works perfectly but my nav menu is no longer "sticky".  It scrolls out of sight with the rest of the page.

Does any one know how to fix this?

Please ignore this request for help... I figured it out.  Apparently the option to turn on or off the fixed navigation under Theme Options gets turned off when I upload the files.  Or maybe more accurately, it gets turned off when I save the custom theme.  Not sure but anyway, it's fixed now.

That's interesting, @JT5. Does this happen every time? I'm not sure if it is something that can be fixed due to custom theme nature, but I'm definitely curious about this behavior.
