Can't align multiple file-upload elements in forms

Not long ago I spent over an hour trying to align multiple file-upload elements for a form that I'm putting together, that is, so that the 'choose file' boxes are aligned horizontally.  In the end I gave up.  Any help appreciated.

Hi, and thanks for helping.  I'm OK now as I found a work-around.  What I did was, I split the form up into two parts (two pages) so that there were less form-elements for each part, then everything aligned correctly.
