I have an old site with a popup from an old app that shouldn't be there

I've been reading similar questions that sound like the same problem as me but they were posted 2 or 3 years ago. I have a popup on my site but I have no popup apps loaded to my site. I'm trying to remove the pop-up but I have no idea where this popup is coming from. Based on the posts I've read, I have a feeling its from an app that may have been discontinued or something but it is still showing on the site. No post have helped me so far. I've even tried to edit the HTML and that didn't help. Please help!

What is the Url of your site and which page is the pop-up on?

it has a "this page is under construction" page up right now in place of the other pages, but the pop-up shows up on all pages.

Did you use apps from the App Center with your site? If you Settings > My Apps, you might need to remove an app to get rid of it.

I've tried that. There are no pop up related apps installed.

Can you go to Marketing > Popups, scroll down, then click the "..." button of the lead capture form popup and delete it? It's status is inactive but I wonder if it's still showing anyway.
