im having a lot of problems using it if you check my usage i havent used more than one hour browsing the dashboard

i signed up for the 14.99 i think plan

id like to cancel it and get a refund please but i dont know where to turn to

I just wanted to confirm that a rep was able to refund the charge for you. I see the refund was processed in the account yesterday. You should receive the funds back to your account within 2-3 business days.
