How do I request a refund

I would like a refund for my connet site plan. I think I need a bussiness plan instead of a connect site plan. Thank you.

Thanks for your post, @tammychanty. 

If you upgrade to Business we will pro-rate the cost automatically based on what you already paid for Connect. I can refund the charge if you want, but you'll end up paying the same amount overall and also have to wait for the refund to process.
