How do I make a page tab a link to another site?

I want one of my page tabs to be a link to another website. Right now the tab opens a page that has the link on it. I'm looking to skip the last step and be sent directly to the other website.

In the editor select Pages then click +....

Then select External Page...

Then insert Page Name and insert the External Link detail then select Done...
