How do I get a refund?

Hi, I've decided I do not need this website, and I didn't appreciate the unprompted charge for a Google account without asking first.
I would like a refund please, since I will be deleting this account. Thanks!

Sorry about that, @Ohumphrys; your G Suite trial converted into a full service. I've canceled and refunded this and your site upgrade; you should see that back in your account in 2 - 3 business days.

I purchsed a website and it's got all sorts of problems connecting to a name.com domain name.  I have contacted both companies for help, and have wasted all kinds of time.  i find navigating the problem very frustrating. I've used other website hosts without issue before and would like to cancel this website and get my money back.  Please help me!

Hi, can I ask for a refund? I made a mistake and bought a connect service but I meant to buy a domain name. Thank you

Hi @Maucho. You would actually still need a hosting plan to connect a custom domain to a website. Are you trying to publish your domain to a Weebly site?

Actually I didn't mean to get a custom domain, I wanted only to remove weebly from the domain and buy a plan for that. But I guess I bought a connect plan for mistake.

Removing the Weebly subdomain would be considered a custom domain name. If you want to use a free hosting plan you will need to publish to a Weebly subdomain.

I see. But my question is that I bought a connect plan and a basic plan for a domain withoud subdomain, is it right?

The Connect plan is intended to be used with a custom domain name. It does not include any additional features and is the same as having a free plan. If you are okay with a subdomain, you can remain on the free hosting plan.
