How do I downgrade from "Starter Plan" to "Free Plan"?

I currently have a monthly-autorenewing Starter Plan, but I would like to downgrade to the Free Plan. How can I do this or get this done for me?

Thanks for posting, @jonath_n. I've removed your Starter service for you and credited your account for the time remaining. Your site should show as a free site now.
