Hi @Nancy1 The IP address for your website is 199.34.228.42

Please make sure to also update the site address in your editor by clicking on the Settings tab. You can wait to do this until the domain propagates and is pointing to our servers. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Thank you so much! After sending you a message, I learned to use the command propmpt on my computer and it gave me the IP address as 199.34.228.53

The last 2 digits are different from you that you provided me and I already used my GoDaddy domain with this IP address (199.34.228.53). Should I change it to the one that you sent me?

Also, After connecting, what is the next step? I have personal plan and trield tp change the address to my new domain in setting section but I couldn't proceed. Should I wait for Godaddy to complete transfer or there is another step to do?

Hi @Nancy1 What happens when you try to add the domain url? Do you see the option for "connect" or is it greyed out? You can leave the IP for now.. When you enable the SSL (after the domain is fully connected) you may see a new IP to change to.

Hi @Bernadette When I tried it before, it was greyed out. I tried again now and could go to the next page (connect your domain) and see instructions. It shows my IP domain as 199.34.228.77. I changed the IP address in my Godaddy account to this one based on instryuctions I found here https://www.weebly.com/app/help/us/en/topics/use-a-godaddy-domain-with-your-site.

What should I do now? Should I wait for Godaddy?

Hi again. Glad to hear you were able to set the site address. You'll want to use whatever IP address the prompt shows when you make the change to the site address and/or when you enable the SSL. However, you'll want to wait to enable the SSL until the domain is loading the site. And yes, at this point you just need to wait for the domain to update on Go Daddy's end.

Hi @Pospro Were you able to get assistance with this? I see your sites are all assigned to Weebly subdomains.

Hi @kiraleonor It looks like your site is properly connected to your domain name. Were you able to find your IP address? It should have displayed in a pop-up when connecting the domain name from the Settings menu. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
