Users having access to different dashboards

I am the owner of the site.  I currently have access to the new dashboard.   

My Administrator of the site (different user) only has access to the old dashboard.

This means that he can no longer update or edit items within the online store.

How do I change this user to be able to have the new dashboard in sync with mine?

Have tried emailing Weebly but with no response.

Really appreciate any help given as currently as a small business my Adnim is unable to edit my shop.

Hi @PNA1 All accounts will be converted over eventually. If your admin cannot wait they will need to submit the request from their account. Thanks!

How many days ago did they submit it, @PNA1? They should hear back soon, though they may want to use live chat in the support site instead for a quicker reply.

He has now tried the online live chat and still nothing. No one is even answering that and he has been waiting for over 30 mins. Please help
