How do I downgrade to free from business plan?

My current website http://pa-ar.weebly.com/ is still listed as a business plan even though I removed all features and stopped the business plan subscription. I got a message today saying it will be unpublished and is overdue even though the subscription has been stopped. how do I downgrade to free? I thought stopping the subscription and removing features is how but it hasn't updated and now is saying it will be unpublished. many people rely on my website for information I would hate for their service to be interrupted. can someone mod/Weebly staff help me here?.

Thanks for posting about it, @mcadbe. I've removed the overdue service from your site for you, so you shouldn't see that message about the site being unpublished now.

I am still having problems with my account... it says I need to remove premium elements or upgrade but it won't let me remove them... only upgrade... Please help!!! I cannot publish my website without upgrading...

It looks like you are still connected to PayPal, @tateartworks. On your account dashboard, go to Settings > Checkout and disconnect from PayPal. Once you do that it should let you publish.

I had the option to downgrade last week and I selected it. Today I woke up to an email that my site was unpublished.  I need my site, but use none of the extra business features.  Can you please help me too?

Hi @rosycheeks253 I removed the plan for you so that you can choose the plan that works best for you. You'll need to be on some type of paid hosting plan in order to keep the custom domain connected.

Hi 

I would like to do the same. I do not have extra features and someone else has taken the domain I originally had. 
I'd like to use a domain with "Weebly" in it until I will find the next solution for my domain name.

Hi @VeroonikaRahu Can you please confirm the domain name? I see one in your account that is suspended and is still available to renew. You can verify by clicking the Account Settings link from the dropdown in the top right corner, then the My Services tab in the center of the screen.
