Hi,
I purchased the personal site plan in order to direct my weebly page to my current url. It's been weeks. My url says it was connected successfully but it is not actually connected. Now my original weebly page is also not connected anymore. I just cancelled my plan since it seemed I paid to get no sites. I tried the chat and there was only a place to type the message but not actually send it. I emailed as well. I seem to be going in circles here. I would like a refund and to get my free site back under the original name. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, thanks. I got an email from Square with a replacement number for the DNS record and it worked! I enabled SSL as well.

I was trying to connect my weebly site to www.micheleesposito.com but it did not connect so I am now trying to reconnect my old weebly site www.micheleesposito.weebly.com as well as get a refund for the "personal site" that did not connect.

It looks like the domain is just pointing to the wrong IP address. You can log into your domain manager and update the A-records to 199.34.228.78
Or, we can help you out with a refund, and unlink the custom domain so that the site uses the original subdomain instead. Do you happen to know your email case number?

I did update the DNS records and that did nothing.
Yes, I would like a refund and my original subdomain since my site has not been up for some time now.
I do not have an email case number because I never got a response to my email. The forum was the last resort for support.

Thanks for clarifying about the email ticket, and I'm sorry you had some difficulties reaching the team.
Your site is loading for me, although it does look like your SSL needs to be enabled. Do you see the option if you open the editor and click on the Settings tab? It should be about half way down the screen.

I want to go back to my free account. I am not using any of the options on the Pro account.
I don't mind using a Personal account if I need to. I am only using the website for advertising. I don't list things for sale.

Thanks for reaching out, @jands Your current plan allows you to publish to a custom domain name. If you downgrade to a free plan you will need to first update the site address to a Weebly subdomain. You can do this from the Settings tab in the editor.
Once you update the site address, let us know and we can make sure the plan is removed properly.
