How do I delete Subscription form

I have a subescription form on the first page I can't get off. I am thinking it is a mailchimp form which I cancelled my accopunt. I still can't get the form off.

That might be the Privy app adding that subscribe popup, @winslowgirl. Go to Apps > My Apps, and then click the "..." button to the right of the Privy app to find the remove option.

I had a similar problem. But it was a "Join Us" subscription pop-up that I needed to disable.

The solution for me was to log out and login. On the Dashboard, I went to the left. Selected "Marketing." Selected "Overview." Selected "Popups." Scrolled down to "Created Pop-ups."

Found "Lead Capture Form." On the right, I selected "..." and clicked on "Delete."
